All Elements Windows supplied and fitted a complete range of windows and large bi-folding patio doors as part of a major refurbishment of a 5-bedroom detached house. This project was a finalist in the South West LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Quality Awards 2019. Jason was extremely focused on providing the right windows and doors for our particular requirements and undertook extensive research to achieve this.

We achieved exactly the product, specification, and quality we required at the right price through this process. The windows for the project included some particularly complicated elements, such as a 7m aperture for the patio doors and the apex bedroom window with Juliet balcony. However, Jason achieved exactly the finished look and effect we were planning for.

Throughout the process of design and fitting, we were very impressed with Jason’s customer service and focus on working within the overall project.

I purchased 14 windows, 2 external doors, French doors and the cladding for a dormer window. Your quotation was very competitive, and the quality of the product and installation works were exemplary. Our house is old, and stone built with non-standard windows and door openings, all of which have been individually manufactured and installed. The windows are in sub divided panes to match the character of the house. The finish on the outside is a hardwood print, which is so realistic that most people passing cannot tell the difference. More importantly, it has been so well manufactured that all the joints are realistic too. The windows and doors are of a high security specification as standard.

But most importantly we found Jason entirely trustworthy and we have recommended him to both friends and colleagues.
